I proceeded to solder the power wires to the soles of the tracks to hide them from view when the roadbed will be laid, this operation was carried out by Charles and Luke for the necessary precautions (the kids always have a hand where should not be).

Quali problemi provoca
Torniamo ad occuparci di Data Quality, questo è un fattore determinante per la risucita dei progetti CRM. Analizziamo ora quali siano i problemi che spesso si incontrano nel sottovalutare tali concetti.In un CC dotato di sw per il riconoscimento automatico del chiamante questo può provocare problemi imbarazzanti come l’assegnazione errata degli addebiti, incapacità di curare la richiesta del cliente( in quanto l’operatore non dispone delle informazioni corrette), etc. per non parlare dei sistemi di marketing utilizzati per la generazione autoamtica di mailing (es.: stampa di etichette) per campagne di direct marketing, o ancora per la gestione di spedizioni di un magazzino, l’addressing di fatture e via dicendo, gli esempi potrebbero essere infiniti.
Perché tali problemi vengono trascurati
Abbiamo visto quanti problemi possono sorgere quando si trascurano gli aspetti fondamentali della pulizia dei dati, allora ci si può chiedere come mai, visto l’importanza della questione, vi siano cosi spesso questo tipo di problemi.
I motivi sono molteplici: le aziende di consulenza spesso sono alle prese con il dover vendere la soluzione CRM, di dover ribassare i prezzi di vendita e spesso promettono tempi di realizzazione molto rapidi (al limite del credibile), quindi sono orientate a fornire un software che funzioni, che si integri nei sistemi informativi. Per di più i tecnici sono molto interessati alle soluzioni tecnologiche che forniscono, e tendono a minimizzare i bachi del software che producono, ma poco si occupano di aspetti quali l’usabilità, facilità d’uso e men che meno di dati e gestione degli stessi.
I clienti, rappresentati molto spesso solo dai reparti IT, sono orientati a credere che basti affidarsi a una firma prestigiosa nel panorama del CRM, o di qualsiasi altro settore, per ottenere importanti benefici, e studiano improbabili richieste di processo, per inquadrare ogni possibile eccezione, oppure tendono a tirare sul prezzo, etc. delegando completamente ai "Consultants" in all respects, often the test (!!!) and also, unfortunately, the ownership of the data! Streaming Digital Playground Free
After careful discussion and planning with them after reading some articles on the design of the models we decided to build a "switching layout" set in America and managed by the Chicago & North Western Railroad which is now merged into giant Union Pacific.
We built the base with the polipan (high-density polystyrene) on which we have so far supported the tracks and fix them with pins to check the position and shape.
The tracks are flexible Atlas cod. 55 and the exchanges are always Atlas cod. 55 # 5 '.

Why CRM fail the progettti
We now know that many CRM projects have failed and unfortunately continue to fail despite the companies customers to choose consulting firms and competent series. The reasons for these failures are many: corporate clients have in mind exactly what you would expect from a CRM system, often the SW is not recommended the best way of mapping the business requirements, integration consultants are not up to expectations and so on.
But even if all the operational and technological aspects have been addressed properly, there remain other issues that are often overlooked by almost everyone involved. In particular, as well as adequate training of staff (an aspect that we will face in a future article), there is a subtle danger: the quality of the data.
The data quality is a determining factor in the success of any IT project, but especially in front end systems such as CRM.
Very often this aspect is not considered as strategic projects IT. I have often in implementations which I attended to see projects that were well-made blend both technically and in terms of processes, but plagued by problems of data which would not allow the actual use, every effort mortifying.
Let's see what it can mean "quality" of the data for a Call Centre: historically (at least in Italy) the Call Centre was the first and often the only, attempt by companies to implement a CRM, the CC was typically achieved Technically very good, with well-designed procedures and appropriate business structures, personnel, experienced and dynamic.

Nonostante le varie armonizzazioni e gli studi possibili, all’atto del caricamento di questi dati, si creano doppioni, nomi errati, e via dicendo, soprattutto quando si considerano le anagrafiche personali e gli indirizzi.
